摘要:

根据国际热核聚变实验堆(ITER)装置对馈线的设计要求,同时考虑过渡馈线的结构复杂性,利用三维设计软件CATIA对过渡馈线系统各部件进行了结构设计,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了典型的过渡馈线有限元模型,模拟了系统所在的真空和低温环境下馈线的稳态传热情况,得到了内部零部件的温度分布和低温管路的热负荷情况,为进一步结构优化及试制奠定了重要基础。

Abstract:

According to the ITER design requirements for Feeder, and simultaneously considering the complexity of CFT structur, all components of CFT were designed and modeled based on CATIA software. In order to simulate the steady heat transfer of the system in the vacuum and cryogenic environment, finite element analysis (FEA) thought was employed. A typical FEA model of CFT was established based on ANSYS software. The internal component temperature distribution and the cryogenic pipeline thermal load were obtained, which lay an important foundation for further structural optimization and prototype trial.
