摘要:

采用单因素和正交实验法,研究了整体硬质合金刀具高速铣削GH4169高温合金时切削参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,结果表明,每齿进给量对表面粗糙度的影响十分显著,铣削速度和铣削深度对表面粗糙度的影响较小;基于标准粒子群算法建立了表面粗糙度与切削参数之间的经验公式,并对经验公式进行了实验验证,结果显示,基于标准粒子群算法建立的经验公式能有效预测GH4169高温合金高速铣削过程中的表面粗糙度,为铣削参数优化、铣削表面质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract:

Using single factor and orthogonal experiment,the effects of the carbide tool cutting parameters on superalloy GH4169 surface roughness were stuided under the high speed conditions.The research results indicate that feed rate have obvious influence on surface roughness, followed by cutting speed and cutting depth;An experience formula between the surface roughness and cutting parameters was built by SPSO and the confirmation tests were carried out to make a comparison between the experimental results and ones predicted by experience formula.The comparison results show that the experience formula established based on SPSO can predict the surface roughness of superalloy GH4169 in high-speed milling processes effectively. It also can provide the references for optimizing the milling parameters and the control of surface quality. 
