摘要:

研制了一种新型空心杯转子结构的低惯量旋转电磁铁。首先建立了旋转电磁铁的数学模型,仿真分析了其频率响应和阶跃响应,其仿真频宽约为230Hz/-3dB和240Hz/-90°,上升时间约为4.3ms。为了验证理论分析的正确性,搭建了旋转电磁铁的试验平台对其进行了研究。研究结果表明,该旋转电磁铁具有良好的动态性能,其试验频宽达到220Hz/-3dB和220Hz/-90°,上升时间约为5.6ms。试验结果和仿真结果基本一致,表明该旋转电磁铁适合用作高频2D数字阀的电-机械转换器。

Abstract:

A novel low inertia rotary electromagnet with coreless rotor structure was proposed.A mathematical model of the rotary electromagnet was established firstly and the simulation of its dynamic characteristics was performed. The simulation frequency width was 230Hz/-3dB,240Hz/-90° approximately and the simulation rise time for step response was about 4.3ms. In order to validate the accuracy of theoretical results, a special test rig was built and experimental study was performed.The experimental results are in a close agreement with the simulation results. The rotary electromagnet has excellent dynamic characteristics whose experimental frequency width is about 220Hz/-3dB,220Hz/-90° and experimental rise time is 5.6ms approximately. Therefore it is suitable to be used as electro-mechanical converter of 2D digital valve with high frequency response. 
