摘要:

针对汽车车架轻量化设计要求,建立了车架刚度灵敏度、模态频率灵敏度以及静/动态结构响应的综合权重灵敏度分析模型,对车架进行了全寿命、裂纹萌生寿命和裂纹扩展寿命的分析,所作分析与车架的拓扑优化设计及性能分析一起形成了完整的车架数字化设计性能分析体系。

Abstract:

 In order to achieve the light weight design of a truck frame, the stiffness sensitivity, mode sensitivity and the compensative sensitivity of static and dynamic structural response were carried out using the size optimization technology. Finally, the total life, crack initiation life and crack growth life were analyzed. An unabridged digital analysis system for truck frame will be accomplished by joining with other digital design technologies namely structural topology optimization , multi-body dynamics simulation and finite element analysis of truck frame.
