水压滑靴副的动静压混合润滑特性研究

摘要:

水压柱塞泵多腔独立支承滑靴副比普通滑靴副的抗倾覆能力更强,具有更好的润滑特性。利用动静压混合润滑效应和增加径向泄漏阻尼的方法提高滑靴的抗倾覆能力。设计了三腔独立阶梯浅腔和带径向泄流的三腔独立支承的新结构水压滑靴副,应用CFD软件分析了其压力分布等流场特性及抗倾覆刚度,结果表明该滑靴副抗倾覆能力较普通滑靴副和阶梯全浅腔滑靴副等要强。

Abstract:

Compared to the common slipper friction pairs,a designed multi-cavity individual bearing slipper of water hydraulic piston pump has better anti-turnover ability and lubrication characteristics. Based on this kind of slipper,a mixed one including the dynamic and the hydrostatic lubrication and the added radial leaking damp were used to improve the anti-turnover ability of the slipper. And, the new slipper stuctures including three-cavity individual bearing slippers with the shallow cavity and the radial leaking channel were designed. Moreover, the CFD simulation was performed to analyze the pressure distribution characteristics and the anti-turnover stiffness with the results that their anti-turnover ability are further improved.
