摘要:

根据对现有的机械装备腐蚀失效案例和现有失效知识的分析和总结,提取应力腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳两种模式的腐蚀失效特征并依据这些失效特征建立相应的腐蚀失效判断规则,根据这些失效规则运用COM Wizard、数据库技术、可靠性技术建立有效的腐蚀失效模式诊断专家系统。该专家系统依据输入的腐蚀失效特征识别具体案例的腐蚀失效模式,以综合可信度作为诊断结果的评价参数。

Abstract:

Corrosion failure features of stress corrosion cricking(SCC) and CF were generalized through analysis and summarization on the mechanical equipment corrosion failure cases and the existing failure information,COM Wizard,data base technique, reliability engineering were applied to construct effective corrosion failure diagnosis expert system.CF modes of real cases were analysized in the expert system through the corrosion failure feature inputs and the results were listed by general certainty factor as the evaluation parameter.
