多工况下变速箱箱体结构的拓扑优化设计

摘要:

针对变速箱系统的多载荷工况特性,建立箱体结构的有限元模型,对其进行静力分析和模态分析,得到各工况下箱体的应力和位移云图,在此基础上对结构进行应力、位移和体积比分数约束下第一阶固有频率最大化的拓扑优化设计,根据结构的材料密度分布云图结果对其进行改进设计,改进后的结构较初始设计质量减小19kg。对改进后的结构进行再分析,结果表明该箱体结构的拓扑优化设计是可行的。

Abstract:

Aimed at the multiple loading cases characteristics of gearbox system, a gearbox housing FEM model was taken up, then the static analysis and modal analysis were performed, the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram were obtained.Based on the platform, a topology optimization design was carried on, where the optimal object was the 1st mode frequency, constraint conditions was the global stress, displacement amplitude and volume fraction, then the gearbox housing was modified according to structure’s material density nephogram results. The weight of modified structure is reduced by 19kg, then structure reanalysis was carried out, the results indicate that the topology optimization design is feasible.
