微线段齿轮传动效率的计算理论研究

摘要:

为研究微线段齿轮的传动性能并计算其传动效率,根据渐开线齿轮效率计算方法——摩擦功理论,推导微线段齿轮传动效率计算公式。同时研究齿轮参数对其传动效率的影响,并给出相同参数下微线段齿轮和渐开线齿轮传动效率计算对比结果。结果表明,与渐开线齿轮相比,微线段齿轮具有更高的传动效率,且计算结果受齿轮参数的影响较小。

Abstract:

In order to research the transmission performance of micro-segment gear and get its transmission efficiency, a formula of claculating transmission efficiency of the micro-segment gear was deduced according to the method——friction work theory, which was used to calculate the involute gears' efficiency. Then the influence of parameters on the calculation resuslts of transmission efficiency was studied. At the same time, the constrast calculation results of the micro segment gears and the involute gears with the same parameters were gived. The results show that micro-segment gears' transmission efficiency is higher than that of the involute gears' and the calculation results of micro-segment gears' transmission efficiency are little influenced by gear parameters.
