摘要:

为了保证高速加工中心的加工精度和动态特性,必须对高速加工中心的滑架进行有限元仿真分析,检验滑架的设计是否符合要求并为滑架的优化设计提供依据。针对滑架的具体结构,利用基于组合体的滑架有限元模型进行简化,并施加作用力,利用组合约束方法对模型边界条件进行设置并对模型进行静力学和动态特性分析。通过对有限元分析结果进行对比分析,进一步验证了基于组合体滑架有限元分析的正确性与便利性。

Abstract:

In order to assure the accuracy and dynamic characteristics, slider of high-speed NC center must be analyzed by FEA to verify the reasonability of original design and made preparation for optimization. According to the structure of slider, a more reasonable boundary condition using combination was carried out and using the conception of assembly to simplify the model and then static and dynamic analyses were carried out based on the assembly. By comparison, the correctness of finite element model based on assembly is proved to be more efficient. 
