摘要:

对微型旋流器进行了网格划分,确立了边界条件,基于雷诺应力模型(RSM),采用CFD软件对微型旋流器的压力场、速度场和分离介质的运动轨迹分布特征进行了数值模拟研究。分析了旋流器内部分离介质流动分布特征的数值模拟结果。

Abstract:

The meshes and boundary conditions of a micro hydrocyclone were determined. Based on RSM and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) calculation software, the pressure field distribution, velocity field distribution and the path line of the separated medium flowing in hydrocyclone were simulated numerically.The results of numerical simulation were analyzed for flowing distribution characteristics of the separated medium. 
