摘要:

根据汽车车身概念设计阶段的车身造型、内部空间以及总体布置等方面的尺寸约束,考虑截面钣金件冲压成形等方面的形状约束要求,提出了一种生成具有指定截面特性的车身关键截面形状优化方法。该方法采用网格法思想将截面设计的可行域离散为若干节点,通过节点来控制截面的形状,基于蚁群优化算法建立了相关的数学模型并编制了相应的程序。通过某车型门槛梁截面的算例验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。

Abstract:

According to the dimensional constrains of automotive body styling, interior space and packing in conceptual design phase, taking into account the shape constrains of the formability of pressed metal sheets, proposes a cross-sectional shape optimization generating method for achieving the cross-sectional properties assigned was proposed by design engineers. Using grid ideas, the method dispersed the feasible design domain of a cross-section into a number of discrete nodes, which controled the shape of the section. Based on ant colony optimization algorithm, the relevant mathematical models and corresponding programs were established. A application has proved this method is suitable for automotive engineering.
