摘要:

在分析了数控系统通信网络结构和通信特点的基础上,提出了一种新的现场总线时钟同步协议。基于该协议设计了面向数控系统应用的时钟同步机制,该机制包括通信模型、通信时序、主站调度和从站实时数据交换方法。将该机制设计的现场总线应用到数控系统中,实验表明该机制具有较高的时钟同步精度,能够满足数控系统的应用需求。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of NC system’s communication net architecture and characteristics, a new time synchronization protocol was proposed.Using this protocol, mechanism of time synchronization was designed, which included communication model, communication timing, method of master schedule and slave real-time data exchange.The mechanism was successfully used into field-bus of NC system.The experimental results show its good synchronous precision. So it can meet the requirements of NC system’s applications. 
