摘要:

针对盾构机主减速器中三级行星齿轮传动结构的特点,基于各级行星传动之间的耦合关系,建立了三级行星轮系的耦合扭转动力学模型。根据盾构机主减速器行星齿轮系统的设计参数,计算了三级行星齿轮传动系统的自然频率,分析了其扭转振动模式。考虑系统的变载荷外部激励,运用模态叠加法求解了系统在谐波负载激励下的动态响应,计算了各级齿轮的动态啮合力,分析了加速度响应的频谱特性,研究结果以为盾构机主减速器传动系统的动力学优化和动态可靠性设计提供参考。

Abstract:

Focusing on the 3-stage planetary gears train(PGT) of main reducer of STM, the coupling relationship of gear system was analyzed, and the torsional dynamics model for 3-stage PGT was developed by lumped-parameter method. According to the design parameters of the main reducer, the natural frequencies were computed, and the vibration modes were also analyzed. Considering the excitations of external varying load, the dynamic response and the gear mesh forces of planetary gears system were obtained by using mode superposition method, and the acceleration time-frequency response was analyzed. This study lays a good foundation for dynamics optimization and dynamic reliability design of the driving system of STM main reducer.
