摘要:

建立了产品质量与过程质量的映射模型,引入可拓理论对产品质量和过程质量进行可拓描述,从方法学上提出了产品质量与过程质量的映射的定量度量、关联分析和优度计算的理论方法;将该理论方法应用于轴承质量的映射分析,结果表明能够很好地反映产品质量与过程特性参数的关系。研究结果对质量规划、质量控制、质量改进及质量决策具有重要的意义。

Abstract:

The mapping model between product quality and process quality was set up to illustrate the relationship among them firstly. Then the extension theory was introduced into extension definition of product quality, process quality and the mapping. And the theory and methods of quantitative metrics,extension analysis and priority calculation of the mapping between product quality and process quality were put forward. Finally, these methods were applied in mapping analysis of bearing quality, and the analysis results discover the relationships between the bearing quality and the grinding process characteristic parameters. This research is of great significance for quality planning, quality control, quality decision-making and quality improvement.
