金属带式无级变速器摩擦功率损失研究

摘要:

为了提高金属带式无级变速器的传动效率,将金属带组件的功率损失确定为四部分,考虑滑动对功率损失的影响并得出了功率损失计算公式。以传动比分别为0.85、1.00、2.35为例,对各项功率损失进行了计算。分析结果表明,金属块与带轮间的摩擦是造成CVT功率损失的主要原因。总的摩擦功率损失随着传动比的增大而先减小后增大,效率随着传动比的增大而先增大后减小。传动比为1.00时CVT效率最高。

Abstract:

In order to improve the transmission efficiency of metal belt. The power loss of metal belt CVT was determined as four parts, by synthetically considering the effect of the slip on the power loss, the calculation formulate of power loss was found. Take the transmission ratio i=0.85,i=1.00 and i=2.35 for examples, every power loss was calculated, the results indicate that friction between segment and pulley is the main factor, with the increase of transmission ratio, power loss is increased after reducing and efficiency is reduced after increasing for a while. The efficiency is the highest when transmission ratio equals to 1.00.
