白车身质量块安装点动刚度分析与优化

摘要:

建立了某A级车白车身的有限元模型,对白车身的各质量块安装点分别进行动刚度分析,得到质量块安装点的源点加速度响应(IPI)曲线,并且判断出动刚度相对较小的频率段。通过对IPI曲线峰值产生原因进行分析,分别选择尺寸优化和拓扑优化的方法对质量块安装点的动刚度进行优化。结果表明,采用尺寸优化和拓扑优化的方法进行优化设计可提高质量块安装点的动刚度。

Abstract:

A FEM model of the BIW(body-in-white) of a class vehicle
 was constructed.The curves of IPI of the mounting points and the ranges of frequencies in which the mounting points were in the situation of low dynamic stiffness were obtained by analyzing the dynamic stiffness of the mounting points with the method of IPI.The size optimization and topology optimization were introduced to improve the dynamic stiffness of the mounting points.The results demonstrate that the introduction to these optimization methods makes the dynamic stiffness improved.
