摘要:

针对钣金零件在反求过程中由于变形而引起的扫描点云杂乱层叠现象,提出了一种新的点云层叠处理算法,将层叠点云沿同一个方向切片,找到合适的起始位置,构建最优化的二维多边形曲线,通过曲线构建曲面,将点云分成两部分以有利于层叠点云的处理,减小所构建模型的形状误差。将该算法应用到某汽车底盘的层叠点云处理中,应用结果证明该算法是有效的。

Abstract:

For reverse engineering of sheet metal deformation caused by scanning point cloud clutter layering and so on,this paper proposed a new algorithm to deal with point cloud layering,it can be sliced point cloud along the same direction,then to find a suitable starting position,and to construct the optimized two-dimensional polygonal curves.Construction of the surface through the curves,this surface can be divided the points into two parts,it can deal with the point cloud easily,reduce the point cloud as a result of layering shapes to build the model error.
This algorithm was applied to a motor vehicle chassis point cloud processing,the results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
