振动切削过程表面轮廓的高阶谱特性研究

摘要:

针对振动切削过程中振动信号非平稳性特点,将三谱切片分析方法与自回归模型相结合,提出自回归三谱切片的加工工件表面特征评估方法。采集不同铣削用量下的铣削加工工件的表面轮廓信号,分析不同状态下的三谱切片特征,提取铣削非线性力学系统特征的信号幅值和频率曲线,得到不同铣削用量对表面粗糙度的影响结果。通过对Q235A钢的表面轮廓信号进行分析,表明利用三谱切片能够很好地分析振动与表面粗糙度之间的因果关系。

Abstract:

A method based on combination of trispectrum and autoregressive model was proposed to assess surfaces of the machined-workpiece due to non-stationary machine dynamics and vibration.Sampling signals of the workpiece surface profiles,using autoregressive trispectra and their slices to analyze the signals,the relationship curves of the magnitude and the frequency were obtained,which could be used to analyze the characteristics of nonlinear mechanical system of milling.The signals of Q235 steel were analyzed by autoregressive trispectrum and its slices under different milling parameters.The experimental results show that the slices of trispectrum can effectively analyze the effect of vibration for the surface roughenss. 
