摘要:

综合应用行星齿轮传动原理和电磁学原理,对永磁行星齿轮传动进行了几何学和运动学的分析。利用等效电流模型法,推导了太阳轮与行星轮之间的转矩、内齿圈与行星轮之间的转矩的计算公式,并完成了驱动转矩的计算和分析。研究了驱动转矩随磁极对数、中心距、轴向厚度、径向厚度等多种因素的变化规律,并依据分析结果对该种传动机构的参数进行了合理选择。

Abstract:

A permanent magnetic epicyclic gear drive was presented, and its geometry and kinematics were analysed by applying the principles of epicyclic gear drive and electromagnetics integratively. The torque equations between the sun gear and the epicyclic gear and that between ring gear and epicyclic gear were deduced using equivalent current model. The calculation and analysis of driving torque was achieved. Changes of the driving torque along with the number of pole-pairs on magnetic gear, center distance, axial thickenss, radial thickenss were discussed. Based on the results analysed above, the parameters of this permanent magnetic epicyclic gear drive were selected rationally.
