偏心凸轮机构动力学的一种新模型及其计算

摘要:

为了更加客观地研究偏心凸轮机构的动力学行为,在考虑凸轮与推杆之间的摩擦以及凸轮轴柔性的基础上,应用有限元法和拉格朗日方程建立了一种偏心凸轮机构的动力学方程。以该动力学方程为数学模型,通过数值方法研究了该机构的运动响应。依据所获得到的运动响应,分析了凸轮与推杆之间的摩擦以及凸轮轴的柔性对机构运动的影响。得出的结论说明,在研究偏心凸轮机构的动力学行为时,计入凸轮与推杆之间的摩擦以及凸轮轴柔性是必要的。

Abstract:

 In order to investigate dynamics characteristics of eccentric cam mechanism more exactly, establishing dynamics model of the mechanism with considering some practical factors is needed. A new dynamics equation for eccentric cam mechanism with considering the friction between the cam and the follower and flexibility of the camshaft was established by using the finite element method and Lagrange approach. Taking this equation as mathematics model, the motion response of the mechanism was studied by using numerical method. According to the motion response obtained, the effects of the friction between the cam and the follower with the flexibility of the camshaft on the motion of mechanism were analyzed, and some correlative conclusions were obtained. It is shown from the conclusions that considering the factors of the friction between the cam and the follower with the flexibility of the camshaft is needed.
