摘要:

采用试验和有限元的方法研究了离合器从动盘结构的刚度和强度,并对应力集中的区域提出了改进方案。根据离合器从动盘的工作原理建立了结构的有限元模型,计算了从动盘结构的刚度和应力分布;进行了相应的试验,验证了所建立有限元模型的正确性;根据有限元计算的结果,提出了结构的改进方案。改进方案可以在降低应力集中的同时,减小结构的质量。

Abstract:

The stiffness and strength of clutch driven plate assembly were experimentally and numerically studied,an improvement design on the stress concentration was given.First,a finite element model of clutch driven plate assembly was built,the stiffness and stress distribution were calculated;then the corresponding tests were performed,and the FE model was verified;finally,the improved design was given according to the FE calculation.The improved design can reduce the stress concentration and the structural mass.
