路面时域波形室内再现方法研究

摘要:

利用国产四通道道路模拟试验系统对路面时域波形的再现进行了研究,介绍了通过谐波叠加法重构路面不平度,利用H1算法进行系统频响特性识别、目标信号的迭代及迭代质量的评价等问题。以标准路面谱作为激励进行实车验证,迭代后各个车轮处的位移响应误差均在5%以内,该结果能够满足室内疲劳、可靠性等试验的需要。

Abstract:

This paper carried out the road surface time waveform reappearance by 4-poster road simulator made in China, and introduced the algorithm of reconstruction of road spectrum by harmony superposition method, the frequency response characteristic identification of test system based on H1 algorithm, the iteration calculation of target date and the estimation of iteration quality. Finally, the algorithm was validated by standard spectrum as excitation, and the margin of error is ±5%, this result can satisfy the requirements of fatigue and reliability tests, etc. 
