摘要:

研制了水下管道开孔机,介绍了开孔机的组成、主要参数、传动原理和技术方案特点。水下管道开孔机以液压系统为动力,采用传动箱下置、进给系统中设置安全离合器、主轴带有快进和快退功能、差速器检测主轴的进给运动、刻度盘指示和设定开孔深度等设计方案,满足了水下管道开孔作业的要求。通过水下开孔试验,开孔机工作正常,达到了设计的要求。

Abstract:

An underwater pipeline tapping machine was successfully developed. The systematic composition, main technical parameters, driving principle and technical solution of the tapping machine were described. The underwater pipeline tapping machine meets working needs by introducing such design as using hydraulic system as power source, putting transmission box to the bottom of machine, setting safety clutch in feeding system, having fast translation function of the spindle, detecting the spindle translation with differential, using dial to display and seting feed depth. By underwater tapping tests, the tapping machine works normally and reaches the target of design.
