摘要:

在约束理论(TOC)当前实现树(CRT)基础上引入故障树定性定量分析算法,提出面向多冲突问题分析的设计障碍树(DOT)方法。由DOT分析确定核心问题,与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中问题解决工具集成,建立多冲突问题解决过程模型。在中药滴丸包装机改进设计中验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

DOT for multi-contradiction problem analyzing was put forward on the basis of current reality tree (CRT) and fault tree analysis (FTA). Multi-contradiction solving process model using DOT and TRIZ was constructed. DOT was used to identify key problem in this model. The validity and efficiency of this method was illustrated in pill package machine improved design. 
