摘要:

电弧超声作为高频调制电弧的声学表征,影响焊接的热量传递过程。在分析熔融金属对高频声波的吸收作用形成电弧超声的热效应基础上,通过热电偶测量获得电弧超声引入前后焊接接头过热区的冷却温度曲线,发现电弧超声能够促进焊接热传导过程,加快过热区的冷却速度,有利于抑制过热区组织的长大,从而获得细小的焊缝组织和良好的接头性能。

Abstract:

As the acoustic characteristics of high frequency modulating arc,
the arc ultrasonic influences the heat transfer process of welding. Ultrasonic was absorbed by
fused metal due to its high viscosity.Thermocouple was used to measure the cooling curve of structure in overheating zone with and without the effect of arc ultrasonic.The results show that the mechanical effects of arc ultrasonic improve the heat transfer process,
increase the cooling velocity of overheated zone,which is benefit to gain refinement structure and fine performance of welding joints. 
