摘要:

针对装备有电磁耦合无级变速(EMCVT)系统的混合动力电动车(HEV)的传动系统结构,建立了EMCVT系统的数学模型,依据ECE+EDUC循环工况进行了仿真研究,通过计算整个EMCVT装置各个组成部分的工作效率和电磁功率、定子电流、转子电流以及传动比和转速差等,研究了整个EMCVT系统的实际运行情况。仿真结果表明,通过合理的控制策略,可以保证整个EMCVT系统在较高的工作效率区域内运行。

Abstract:

HEV(hybrid electric vehicle) transmission structure with EMCVT system and its mathematic model were pointed out herein.The partial efficiency,electromagnetic power,stator current,
rotor current,drive ratio and rotary speed difference of whole electrical variable transmission system were analyzed by simulating ECE(economic commission for Europe) and EDUC(extra urban driving cycle) operating mode.The results of simulation were compared and could be helpful for the theoretic research and design after
the actual operating mode of EMCVT system had analyzed.It is showed that the whole EMCVT system can run in high efficiency regions under reasonable control strategy.
