摘要:

在综合考虑板厚和材料硬化能力变化对拼焊板母材强度差异影响的基础上,提出激光拼焊板综合强度比理论模型,并建立了其显式关系式。基于激光拼焊板平面应力状态本构关系的理论研究,在三种典型变形状态下探讨了同材差厚激光拼焊板综合强度比的动态变化规律,并分析了弱侧母材应变状态的变化情况,获得了板厚比对拼焊板母材强度差异以及弱侧母材应变状态变化的影响规律,为深入研究拼焊板冲压成形性能提供了理论参考。

Abstract:

During the tailor-welded blanks(TWBs) forming process,the change of thickness and hardening ability of sheet metal are becoming different in the deformation process,which will result in the dynamic variation of strength difference of base metals.Based on comprehensive consideration of the influence of these two factors on the strength difference of base metals,a theoretical model of integrated strength ratio of laser TWBs was proposed,and its explicit expression was established.On the basis of theoretical research on the constitutive relation of laser TWBs in plane strain state,
the dynamic changing law of the integrated strength ratio of laser TWBs with different thickness and strain state of the weak base metal was studied under
three typical straining states.And the influencing law of thickness ratio of
TWBs on the strength difference of base metals was obtained, which
will provide theoretical reference for the further researches of the formability of TWBs.
