摘要:

为了把某载重质量为1.5t的轮式装载机的液力机械传动系统改造为轮边独立驱动的电力驱动系统,依据该型车辆的动力性能参数,对电力驱动系统进行了合理的匹配计算,包括功率匹配、速度匹配和转矩匹配。利用永磁同步电机的实验外特性曲线,采用转矩分配的整车控制策略,并结合仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink对轮式装载机进行了建模仿真。通过对轮式装载机在各种工况下驱动性能的分析和实验测试,验证了匹配理论的合理性和整车控制策略的可行性。

Abstract:

In order to reform electric wheel-drive system from mechanical
hydraulic drive system on a 1.5t wheel loader,the reasonable matching was calculated according to the design and dynamic performance parameters of the whole wheel loader,including power matching,speed matching,torque matching.With the characteristic curve of permanent magnet synchronous motor,torque control strategy and computer simulation software MATLAB/Simulink,the model of electric drive system on the whole wheel loader
was built.Through the analysis of the drive characteristics in all kind of conditions and the test results,it is verified that the matching theory and the torque control strategy is reasonable.
