球面成形研磨相对速度分析

Relative Speed Analysis for Spherical Contour Lapping

摘要:

对基于双轴转动方式的球面成形研磨进行了研究,采用辅助三角形法,推导出球面四个象限上瞬时相对速度的解析解,并编制出计算程序,绘出速度分布的三维曲面。利用程序对相对速度零点的位置进行搜索,发现速度零点处于两轴绝对速度零点之间的圆弧上,从而证明了相对速度零点存在的必然性。对速度零点的位置进行了分析,得出了如下结论:对于一定形状的工件,通过调整两轴的转速比以及两轴夹角参数,可以将速度零点置于工件之外,从而避免速度零点对研磨的不利影响。

Abstract:

Contour lapping method which was driven by two axes was studied. By using auxiliary triangle method, analytic result for the relative speed on four quadrants of the sphere and the computer program were brought out, then 3D curved faces were plotted to illustrate the speed distribution. With the help of computer program, zero speed point was searched. The results show that the zero speed point is located on the arc between two absolute speed zero points of rotation axes, and the necessity of relative speed zero point is demonstrated. From the location of speed zero point, some useful conclusions can be drawn. For some special parts, the speed zero point can be put out of the parts by adjusting speed ratio and tilt angle of two axes. So the adverse effects of zero point can be eliminated.
