摘要:

提出了一种新的基于无线传输的车轮六分力传感器的设计方法,并依此研制出一种新型汽车道路试验数据采集与分析系统。该系统能够在真实的行驶工况下对汽车车轮各维载荷及其他重要参数进行实时测量,提供可视化信息,方便研究人员在各种路面环境下对汽车的性能进行基于有效信息的评价和诊断。介绍了车轮六分力传感器的结构设计、整个试验系统的构成以及相关的信号处理和试验情况。试验结果证明了传感器测力的正确性以及整个系统的有效性。

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to propose a new method for designing a six-component WFT employing wireless data transmission and thus constructing a smart data acquisition and analysis system for roadway test.It was able to measure real-time
six-direction wheel loads and other important parameters when the vehicle was running, and provided the experimentalist with friendly graphical users’interface, so that the evaluation and diagnosis of vehicle performance under different road conditions can be achieved.The mechanical design of the six-component WFT and the complete system,revalent data processing and actual experiments were discussed in detail.Experimental results indicate that the whole system is effective and ideal.
