摘要:

提出了一种基于离散系统建模仿真方法的DBR(鼓-缓冲-绳子)改进方法,通过建立仿真模型并运行仿真模型来识别瓶颈资源,从而确定缓冲位置;采用模拟退火算法优化和确定相应的DBR控制参数,进而确定瓶颈资源和非瓶颈资源排程。实例计算表明,该方法能够有效优化和确定DBR生产控制参数,提高系统效率。

Abstract:

An improved DBR scheduling method and its steps based on discrete event simulation system was proposed.By means of simulation model and its running,the constraint can be identified more correctly in order to locate the buffers.Taking use of annealing algorithm embodied in the simulation and optimization software,the optimized parameters,including the time buffer coefficient,tranportation lot-size,can be determined,and then the task time-table on constraints and non-constraints resources can be determined.A production scheduling example is given,which proves the validation and usability of the proposed method.
