高速走丝电火花线切割机床多次切割的实现

摘要:

分析了高速走丝电火花线切割机床多次切割的条件及进行稳定多次切割需采取的措施,通过对机床机械结构及控制系统功能的改进与完善,采用洗涤性能良好的复合工作液,成功研制出具有稳定多次切割功能的商品化机床。第一次切割最高效率已超过200mm2/min,第四次切割后在平均切割效率大于50mm 2/min的条件下,表面粗糙度Ra<0.8μm。

Abstract:

The analyses about multi-cutting conditions in WEDM-HS were given and some methods to assure steady multi-cutting were also discussed.One kind of commercial WEDM-HS was successfully designed and launched on market through improving the structure of machine,innovating the control system and using composite cooling liquid which has powerful washing ability.The first steady cutting efficiency has reached more than 200mm2/min and through the fourth cutting the surface roughness has reached Ra<0.8μm in more than 50mm 2/min average cutting efficiency.
