竞争失效条件下针对磨损退化数据的刀具可靠性分析

Tool Reliability Analysis for Wear Degradation Data under Competitive Failure Conditions

摘要: 研究了车刀在竞争失效模式下的可靠度。引入威布尔分布描述突发失效的可靠度模型,采用Gamma过程来描述刀具性能退化过程。从退化量的角度对刀具突发失效进行评估,考虑性能退化量条件下突发失效的概率来建立竞争失效的可靠度模型,对该模型中的参数采用最小二乘法进行估计计算。以VBMT090208型外圆车刀在使用过程中的磨损退化量作为数据基础,分别建立了突发失效与退化失效两者在竞争模式下的可靠度模型。结果表明,如果忽略突发失效,仅进行刀具的退化失效建模,或者在独立条件下构建突发失效及退化失效的竞争失效可靠度模型,刀具的可靠度将会被高估。

Abstract: The reliability of turning tools in the competitive failure mode was studied. The Weibull distribution was introduced to describe the reliability model of catastrophic failures. The Gamma process was used to describe the cutting tool performance degradation processes. The cutting tool failure was evaluated from the perspective of the amount of degradations, and the reliability model of the competition failure was established by considering the conditional probability of hard failure based on the degradation value. The least square method was used to estimate the parameters in the model. Based on the wear degradation of the VBMT090208 external turning tool as the data, the reliability both of the catastrophic failures and the degraded failures in the competitive mode was established respectively. The results show that if the catastrophic failure is ignored, only the degradation failure modeling of the tools is performed, or the competitive failure reliability models of catastrophic failures and degradation failures are constructed under independent conditions, the reliability of the tools will be overestimated.
