Abstract: Aiming at the problems for low accuracy of the calculation method for pulsation suppression performance and unclear pulsation suppression mechanism of in-lined bladder style pressure pulsation attenuator(bladder attenuator), an improved acoustic-solid coupling finite element method was proposed to calculate the pulsation suppression characteristics of bladder attenuator, which was based on the acoustic impedance calculation of micro-perforated plates by micro-perforation theory. The effect laws of system operating pressure, inflation pressure, main structural parameters, and bladder material on the pressure pulsation suppression characteristics were studied. The correctness of the proposed calculation method and theoretical analysis results were verified by experiments.

摘要: 针对串联囊式压力脉动衰减器脉动抑制性能计算方法精度不高且脉动抑制机理尚不明确的问题,在采用微穿孔理论计算微穿孔板声阻抗的基础上,提出了改进的声固耦合声学有限元法来获得串联囊式衰减器的脉动抑制特性,得到了系统工作压力、充气压力、主要结构参数、气囊材料等对压力脉动衰减特性的影响规律。实验验证了所提计算方法及理论分析结果的正确性。
