Influence of Defocusing Amount on Temperature and Stress Field of Hollow-ring Laser Cladding Layer

离焦量对中空环形激光熔覆层温度场及应力场的影响

Abstract: To reduce residual stress of laser cladding layer based on inside-beem powder feeding laser cladding, the work aims to study influence of different defocusing amounts on temperature and stress field distribution of cladding layer. Numerical simulation and experimental verification were carried out to investigate temperature and stress distribution when defocusing amount was as 0, -1 mm, -2 mm, -3 mm, -4 mm. The results show that the temperature distribution is more uniform and the residual stress is lower with negative defocusing amounts. As defocusing amount increases, the residual stress along the laser scanning direction gradually decreases with the increases of cladding layer depth.

摘要: 为减小光内送粉激光熔覆层的残余应力,研究了不同离焦量对熔覆层温度场和应力场分布的影响规律。采用数值模拟与实验验证相结合的方法分别对离焦量为0、-1 mm、-2 mm、-3 mm、-4 mm的温度场及应力场进行了研究。结果表明:采用负离焦量的温度分布更为均匀,熔覆层内的残余应力更小;离焦量增大时,激光扫描方向上的残余应力随熔覆层深度增大逐渐减小。
