Configuration Synthesis of Planetary Shifting Mechanisms Based on Analysis of Topology Characteristics Variation

拓扑特征演化分析下行星变速机构构型综合

Abstract: The feasible schedules of planetary shifting mechanisms were various, which consisted of several planetary gear sets and operation elements to meet the demands of the default gear number and each transmission ratio. Aiming at this problem, a configuration synthesis method of planetary shifting mechanisms was proposed based on the analysis of topology characteristics variation. According to the composition principles of planetary shifting mechanisms, the design criteria of planetary group and clutch group models were established. In the sense of relative speed, components and correlation functions adjacency matrixes of planetary shifting mechanisms were both defined. The mathematical models of configuration evolution were deduced. It was realized to recognize the topological characteristics of some special configurations automatically. And the component group models which met the requirements of predetermined gear number was constructed. The topological evolution characteristics of different configuration states were revealed. And a method of calculating the characteristic parameters of planetary shifting mechanisms and distinguishing the component attributes was proposed to realize the configuration synthesis of planetary shifting mechanisms. Eventually, a design example was given to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.

摘要: 针对用多个行星排和操纵元件组成预设挡位数和传动比的可行变速机构方案繁多的特征,提出了一种基于拓扑特征演化分析的行星变速机构构型综合方法。根据行星变速机构的基本构件组成,建立了行星排组和离合器组模型的设计准则,定义了相对转速意义下行星变速机构的构件和关联函数邻接矩阵,推导了构态演变的数学模型,实现了特殊构态拓扑特征的自动识别,构建了满足预设挡位数要求的构件组模型。在揭示不同构态拓扑演化特征的基础上,提出行星变速机构特性参数计算和构件属性判别的方法,实现了行星变速机构的构型综合。最后通过设计实例验证了所提方法的有效性和准确性。
