智能制造 调度为先——《制造系统智能调度方法与云服务》导读

Abstract: With more micro enterprises reflected the demands of  “all things perceive, interconnected, and smart” in manufacturing workshop, combining big data and cloud computing technologies, constructing multitype scheduling algorithm libraries and providing intelligent scheduling schemes were the keys to achieve efficient operations of manufacturing systems. In order to explore the principles, methods and cloud computing paths of intelligent scheduling, a book “Manufacturing System Intelligent Scheduling Method and Cloud Service” was written by authors. It comprehensively introduced a variety of complex scheduling problems of manufacturing systems, emphatically introduced the corresponding various scheduling methods, specifically introduced cloudbased technologies and implementation methods combined with the cloud service framework, and built a cloudbased manufacturing workshop intelligent scheduling algorithm library and service system. It is of great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of China's manufacturing industries.

摘要: 随着越来越多小微型企业对制造车间“万物感知、万物互联、万物智能”的需求,结合大数据和云计算技术,针对制造资源和生产任务,构建多种制造类型下的调度算法库,提供智能调度方案,是实现制造系统高效运行的关键。为了探讨智能调度的原理、方法和云端化实现路径,笔者撰写了《制造系统智能调度方法与云服务》一书,全面介绍了制造系统中多种复杂调度问题,重点介绍了各类调度问题对应的调度方法,结合云服务框架介绍了不同调度方法的云端化技术与实现方式,搭建了基于云计算的制造车间智能调度算法库及服务系统。本书为推动我国制造业的智能化发展和企业应用提供参考,对提升我国制造业的核心竞争力具有重要意义。
