Abstract:
The paper provided two methods of on-line probing measure-point layout for numerical control machining of blade parts. To fulfill blank matching well with the CAD model,according to the thought that proper measure-points can reflect the blades parts surface geometry information well,it offered an self-adapting way for the blade blank measure-point layout. And it also got the reference amounts of measure-point based on the tests. To meet the quality requirements,it provides a blade parts measure-point layout according to the standards and users’ requirements. point amount

摘要:
针对叶片零件数控加工工艺中的在线检测提出了两种测点规划方法。为了满足毛坯与CAD模型的合理匹配,以适当数量的测点能较好地反映叶片的几何形状及其位置信息为目标,提出叶片零件毛坯在线检测测点的自适应分布方法,并用试验的方法获得测点数目的参考值;为了满足工件加工的质量要求,根据叶片质量检测标准及用户的要求(测点按角度和截面分布),用参数曲面网格细分搜索方法进行了叶片工件检测的测点规划。
