定倾面接触润滑薄膜测量系统

Abstract:

For the theoretical study of conformal contact lubrication,a traditional measuring system for thin lubrication film in a fixed-incline conformal contacts  was renovated for simultaneous measurement of lubricating oil film thickness and friction in a fixed-incline conformal contacts.The simultaneous measurement method added a degree of freedom to the slider under condition that the slider can be fixed to the needed dip angle relative to the disk.The present measuring system adopted a laser light source and an external coaxial illumination to expand the measurement range of the oil film and the view field of interferograms.A new software was designed to control the acceleration of the servo motor to avoid errors of the interference order recording and acquire more regular interference curves.This paper also presented some fundamentals of multiple beam interferometry principle in measuring the oil film thickness and analysed the resolution ratio of the film thickness and friction.Variation of film thickness and friction with sliding velocity was measured through the system and the results were contrast with the corresponding theories,
which demonstrated the credibility of tested data.At last,the load-carrying capacity of thin film lubrication in a fixed-incline conformal contact was studied with the test apparatus,
and was compared to the theory.Some preliminary analyses were given to account for the differences in the comparison.

摘要:

根据面接触润滑理论研究的需要,对原有定倾角微型滑块面接触润滑薄膜测量系统进行改进与完善,设计了定倾面接触润滑薄膜测量系统。该系统在保证滑块相对于玻璃盘可调至所需倾角的前提下,为滑块增加了一个旋转的自由度,从而实现定倾角下面接触润滑油膜膜厚及摩擦力的同时测量;系统采用激光光源和外部同轴照明设备,保证了在膜厚达到微米级时依然可以获得清晰均匀的干涉图像;为系统编制伺服电机控制软件来控制电机启动和停机阶段的加速度,从而获得更规则的光强曲线,
并且避免了电机启停过快导致的干涉级次的丢失。阐述了试验机系统所应用的多光束干涉法的基本原理,并对油膜厚度测量的方法进行了简述。分析了油膜膜厚和摩擦力测量的分辨率。实验研究了油膜膜厚及摩擦力随滑动速度的变化规律并与理论值进行了对比,验证了系统的稳定性。最后利用该系统测量了定倾角面接触薄膜润滑的承载特性,并同已有的理论进行了对比,对其中的差别进行了分析。
