Abstract:

The hierarchical structure of design process was first analyzed herein. The design components were hierarchicalized with the design modeling and a planning and control model of design process was established. The definitions of node, hierarchicalization and hierarchical structure in design process were presented. A hydraulic system design was used as an example to illustrate the structure model,and an optimization algorithm was proposed based on the structure model.

摘要:

分析了产品设计的层次化过程,对设计建模之后的设计因素进行层次化构造,建立了设计过程结构规划控制模型。提出了节点、层次化概念和设计过程的层次结构,并应用一个基本的液压系统设计过程说明结构模型,提出了设计过程结构模型的构建方法。应用一个算例验证了结构模型构建方法的可行性。
