Theoretical Analysis and Simulation in Rolling Seed Clearing Process of Hole-type Cotton Accurate Device

型孔式棉花精量穴播器滚落清种过程的理论分析与仿真

Abstract:

To solve the problems of existing metering device’s complicated structure and fatigue damage of seed-taking equipment, on the basis of the original type hole metering device, a new type of structure of more simple device was design innovatively.Based on the motion process for the analysis,a mathematical model of seed movement mechanism was established and the process of seed movement condition were analyzed in detail.And the seed-clearing process of multi-body dynamics was built based on ADAMS software. Simulation model of clearing dynasty revealed the process of the motion law of seeds. Results show that this seed-taking device can effectively clean off the excess seeds in the whole process with no jam and no hurt seeds. This device, taking reasonable design and mathematical model is correct, lay the foundation for the optimization design and kinematics and dynamics research of this new metering device. This paper provides new ideas and structure for the design and study of hole metering device, and also provides theoretical basis and guidance for the developing of prototype and the test of bench machine.

摘要:

为解决现有穴播器结构复杂及取种装置易疲劳损坏等难题,在原有的型孔式穴播器的基础上,创新设计了一种新型的结构更简单的取种装置。基于对穴播器运动过程的分析,建立了种子运动机理的数学模型,对清种过程中种子的运动情况进行了详细分析,并基于ADAMS软件平台建立了清种过程的多体动力学模型,仿真揭示了清种过程中种子的运动规律。结果表明:该穴播器的取种装置能有效地把多余的种子清除掉且在整个过程中不伤种、不卡种;该取种装置设计合理,数学模型正确,为该新型穴播器的运动学、动力学及优化设计研究打下了基础。研究结果为型孔式穴播器的设计与研究提供了新的思路,为样机的研制、台架机试验提供了理论依据与指导方向。
