轴向载荷下帽形梁截面设计方法

Abstract:

A WSFE was introduced herein on the basis of traditional super-folding element (SFE), which was used to analyze the crushing failure, such as tearing of welds and unprogressive crushing of the flange for hat-sections beams. Strategies were proposed to avoid the failures above, and experiments were carried out to verify the effectiveness. The results of the experiments indicate that the crushing failure of welded hat-sections can be eliminated by increasing SFE on the sections, increasing the flange width, adjusting the angles adjacent to the flange, the energy absorption capability can be improved as well.

摘要:

在理想折叠单元(super-folding element,SFE)的基础上建立了焊接单元,分析了帽形梁在压溃变形中出现焊点撕裂、焊边内陷等失效现象的原因。提出了针对性的改善方法,并通过试验验证了各参数变化对纵梁吸能特性的影响。结果表明:通过增加截面SFE数目、增加焊接边长度、改变焊接边相邻两边的角度等措施能有效改善帽形梁的失效现象,提高薄壁梁的吸能水平。
