摘要: 以板厚差异明显(板厚比接近7∶1)的301L不锈钢板组合为研究对象,系统研究了密封胶对电阻点焊可焊性、熔核形貌、力学性能和生产因素的影响规律。研究结果表明,密封胶受热分解过程可以改变电流密度分布,进而影响熔核直径和熔透深度,使得可接受电流范围发生变化。此外,密封胶的引入对焊点间距设计基本无影响,对板材间隙尺寸也表现出较好的容忍度。

Abstract: The influences of adhesive sealant on weldability, nugget morphology, mechanical property and manufacturing process of resistance spot welding were systematically studied by 301L stainless steel with obvious different thickness (close to 7∶1) of sheets. The results show that the thermal decomposition processes of adhesive sealant may change current density distribution, which in turn affects the nugget diameter and penetration depth, and finally change the acceptable current range. In addition, the introduction of adhesive sealant has little effect on the weld spacing, and also shows a good tolerance to the initial gap.
