Optimization of Product-service System Concepts Based on Rough Choquet Integral

摘要: 以顾客需求作为评价指标,提出了基于粗糙Choquet积分的产品服务系统(PSS)设计方案评价方法。针对传统模糊评价方法中隶属度函数确定的主观性和随机性问题,采用粗糙集理论处理评价信息。通过模糊测度刻画指标关联关系的类型和强弱,采用Choquet积分算子对各方案的评价值进行集结,并对方案进行优选。最后以某企业打印机PSS设计方案评价为例进行实例验证计算,结果表明:所提方法考虑了决策过程的不确定性和评价指标间的关联关系,可有效提高方案评价结果的准确性和合理性。

Abstract: Customer requirements (CRs) were used as evaluation indicators,and a PSS concept evaluation method was proposed based on rough Choquet integral.The determination of membership function of traditional fuzzy evaluation methods was subjective and random,and aiming at the problem,rough set theory was applied to deal with the evaluation informations.The type and strength of the indicator association relationships were described by fuzzy measures, and the Choquet integration operator was used to assemble the evaluation values of each concepts.Finally,an example of evaluating a company's printer PSS concepts was given out to verify the proposed method.The results show that the proposed method considers the uncertainty of the decision-making processes and the relationships of the evaluation indicators,and effectively improves the accuracy and rationality of the evaluation results.
