New IT-driven Manufacturing Service Management:Research Status and Prospect

摘要: 随着新一代信息技术(New IT)在制造领域的渗透应用和融合发展,一系列面向服务的制造系统/平台相继被提出,它们都旨在通过制造服务实现分布式制造资源的跨企业按需共享和协作使用。制造服务管理,是应用推广这些系统/平台所需解决的关键问题之一。鉴于此,分析了New IT对制造协作及其相应制造服务管理模式发展的影响;阐述了基于平台的制造服务管理当前研究进展;考虑New IT的作用与影响,总结了制造服务管理相关未来研究问题。

Abstract: With the applications and developments of some New ITs in manufacturing,a series of service-oriented manufacturing systems or platforms were proposed. These systems or platforms aimed to realize the full-sharing and on-demand uses of various distributed manufacturing resources and capabilities in the form of manufacturing services. Manufacturing service management was one of the important issues that restricted the applications and promotions of the platforms. An overview of the impacts of New IT on manufacturing collaboration patterns and the corresponding manufacturing service management modes were given herein. From the perspective of the whole lifecycle of manufacturing service management,the current research progresses of platform-based manufacturing service management were elaborated. Considering the applications and developments of New IT,future research issues related to manufacturing service management were summarized finally.
