摘要: 基于“源-通道-接收体”模型对样车特定车速下的异常振动问题进行试验研究。整车道路行驶振动测试后,确定轮胎总成为异常振动的激励源,车身/车轮总成偏频试验和车架/车身模态试验可确定异常振动的放大路径。在确定异常振动原因的基础上,分别从振动源的消除和传递路径的改善两个方面提出合理的改进措施,为工程上类似问题提供了实际案例与系统解决的方法。

Abstract: Based on the “source-path-receiver” model, abnormal vibrations under specific speeds of the vehicles were studied by tests. Then, the excitation source was determined from the wheel assemblies by vehicle vibration tests, body/wheel assembly partial frequency tests and frame/body modal tests were carried out to determine the abnormal vibration amplification paths. On the basis of identification the abnormal vibration causes, this paper respectively proposed reasonable improvement measures from two aspects of vibration source elimination and transfer path improvement, and provided practical cases and system solution for similar problems in engineering.
