运用不等间距灰色模型与传统Miner准则相结合的方法对结构件的疲劳寿命进行了预测。首先针对应力统计分级得出的相邻应力间距不相等的情况,构建了不等间距灰色模型,并用遗传算法优化不等间距灰色模型的背景值以保证模型的精度。其次运用不等间距灰色模型与Miner准则相结合,建立了疲劳寿命预测的灰色Miner方法。再次采用算例验证了不等间距灰色模型建模的精确性以及将不等间距灰色模型应用于疲劳寿命预测的合理性。最后将该方法应用到矿用自卸车A形架的疲劳寿命预测之中,不仅提高了A形架疲劳寿命的预测精度,而且证明了该方法对构件疲劳寿命预测的有效性。

Abstract:

Combining the non-equidistant grey model with traditional Miner rule, a method was proposed to predict the fatigue life of structural components. Firstly, in the case of non-equidistant stress grading statistics, non-equidistant grey model was constructed, and genetic algorithm was used to optimize the values of background value to ensure the accuracy. And, combining the non-equidistant grey model with Miner rule, grey Miner method was constructed to predict fatigue life. Then a numerical example proved the accuracy of non-equidistant grey model and the effectiveness of grey Miner method. Finally the method previously mentioned was applied to the fatigue life prediction of A-shape frame.The results show  that it improves the accuracy of fatigue life prediction of A-shape frame and proves the effectiveness of the grey Miner method to predict fatigue life of components.
