摘要:

针对液压软管总成存在泄漏、拔脱、断丝、爆破等故障/失效问题,综合考虑液压冲击、温度、压力及弯曲半径等因素对其寿命的影响,设计了液压软管总成可靠性试验台:基于电液伺服技术设计了12通道液压软管总成脉冲试验台,基于双气液泵复合增压技术设计了耐压爆破试验台;基于试验数据进行失效分布拟合优度检验及分布鉴别,得到脉冲、爆破试验数据分别服从对数正态分布、威布尔分布的结论;最后,进行可靠性评估并求得液压软管总成在脉冲、爆破试验条件下的平均寿命、可靠寿命及可靠度的点估计及置信下限。

Abstract:

Aiming at the faults/failure problems of hydraulic hose assembly such as leakage,joint pull-out,wire fracture and hose burst,in consideration of  the life influence factors such as hydraulic impact,temperature,pressure and bending radius,the reliability  test rigs for hydraulic hose assembly were designed:including a 12-channel  pulse test rig based on electro-hydraulic  servo technology and a pressure-proof and burst test rig based on double pneumatic-hydraulic pumps hybrid pressurization technology.Then the test data were dealt with through failure distribution goodness-of-fit  test and distribution identification,and it  is confirmed that the pulse and burst test data  are  following lognormal distribution and Weibull distribution respectively.Finally,the point estimate and confidence lower limit of mean life,reliability life and reliability for hydraulic hose assembly under the conditions  of pulse and burst  tests  were acquired from reliability evaluation.
