摘要:

将调制的原理运用于原有的凸轮曲线设计中,用调制信号调节和控制凸轮曲线形状,以凸轮曲线特征值为优化目标,建立了对调制处理后的凸轮曲线进行多目标优化的数学模型,并阐述了用粒子群优化(PSO)技术进行求解的过程,从而得到了一种对原有的凸轮曲线进行调制处理及粒子群优化的新方法。以改进正弦凸轮曲线为例,对该调制和优化方法进行了验证。优化实例表明,该方法可以调节凸轮曲线形状,改善凸轮曲线的动力学特性,获得综合特性更好的凸轮曲线。

Abstract:

The theory of modulation was applied to the existing cam curve. With the adjustment and control effect of modulation function on the shape of cam curve, the mathematical model of cam curve modulated with the multi-objectives  optimization was established, which consisted of characteristic values of the cam curve. In addition, the solving procedure of the model using particle swarm optimization technique was present. A new method that modulated and optimized cam curve was proposed. To illustrate the method, a corrected sine acceleration movement cam profile was modulated and optimized. The optimization example illustrates that the presented new method can adjust the shape of cam curve, improve dynamics characteristic of cam profile and achieve cam profile with good synthetic performances.
