摘要:

通过设计开发摆销链式CVT机械实验系统,研究了摆销链式CVT的传动原理和工作特性;研究了液压驱动系统的调速能力及其控制策略;通过建立摆销链式CVT轴向推力模型,探索了摆销链式CVT调速原理与驱动特性,并在此基础上设计开发了摆销链式CVT的液压驱动系统。通过台架实验,深入探索了摆销链式CVT的工作特性,对所建立的理论模型进行了进一步的验证。解决了车用摆销链式CVT控制理论及其控制系统中的关键技术问题。

Abstract:

Through the development of chain CVT machine experimental system, the transmission principles and working characteristics of chain CVT were studied, the hydraulic drive and control strategy were test. Through the establishment of a chain CVT axial thrust model, the driving characteristics of chain CVT speed control principles were explored. On the basis of the above work, the fluid power system was designed and developed to chain CVT. Through the bench test, transmission characteristics of chain CVT was further discussed. The new solution to the control system was presented. The speed ratio control model was verified.
